Galena River Wine & Cheese is housed in one of Galena's oldest commercial buildings, the Peck Building, located at the south end of Main Street just inside the floodgates.  Built in 1845 as a steamboat provisioning warehouse, the Peck Building has also housed wine and beer wholesalers and three creameries in its lifetime.  Since 1982, Galena River Wine & Cheese is following in this tradition with its extensive selection of wines, beers, coffees, cheeses, sausages, and other specialty foods and beverages.
